Where do you courier to?
Freight costs are $6.00 in the South Island and $9.50 in the North Island + $1.00 per additional items.
When will my order arrive?
If you order Monday to Thursday before 1.00pm it’s overnight delivery within the South Island.
For all North Island deliveries allow two days.
Auckland deliveries allow roughly two to three days.
(Please note that this may vary due to courier pressures/delays.)
No Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries.
Can I choose what flavours are in a box?
Unfortunately we can’t do specific flavour mixes. You can either order single flavour boxes or our pre-made mixed flavours.
We do our best to keep our prices super reasonable so have a streamlined ordering system.
Are your macarons gluten free?
They are by ingredient gluten free, however we are a wholesale bakery too and have other items being baked that contain gluten.
We do full clean down before macarons are made, but as we aren’t an exclusively gluten free premise it’s not guaranteed.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Macarons can be frozen or store well in the fridge so we recommend ordering a few days or a week out from an event. Our courier is amazing, but occasionally there may be a delay so no need to leave it to the last minute.
Can we return our macarons?
These are definitely too good to send back! However if you receive a damaged or incorrect item please let us know as soon as you receive it and we’ll sort it out.
Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on food items.
Can we pick up our order?
Unfortunately we only do courier deliveries as our office isn’t always attended.
