My items have been delivered damaged, what do I do?
Oh no! Get in touch with us via email at hello@themacaroncompany.co.nz . You’ll need to send us images of the outside of the box and the macarons.
I've received the wrong item
Get in touch and we’ll sort it out! Send us a photo to hello@themacaroncompany.co.nz
Returns for any other reason
These are definitely too good to send back! However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item please let us know as soon as you receive it and we’ll sort it out.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on food items.
