Shipping policy

How much is delivery?

$6.00 for South Island + $1.00 per additional item

$9.50 for North Island + $1.00 per additional item

When will my macarons arrive?

Overnight deliveries within the South Island if ordered before 1.00pm.

For all North Island deliveries allow two business days.
Auckland deliveries allow two to three business days.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver currently to RD addresses or PO Boxes as it’s a perishable item.

Delivery days are Tuesday - Friday (excluding public holidays)/Dispatch days are Monday to Thursday to ensure items are not held with couriers over the weekend.

Where do you not deliver?

We do not deliver to RD addresses or PO Boxes.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately at the moment, we are delivery only. Our bakery office isn’t always attended to so all items are couriered.
